That person gave it to a friend, who then sold it for coke. The coke dealer sold it to the cop killer. Every single person who possessed the gun, including the uncle who registered the weapon, was charged and served time. To be fair, the above poster didn’t actually say a person would be charged with murder. As you say, the person would most DEFINITELY be charged with a crime, just not the same crime as the perpetrator.
